有下列情况之一者，应予退站：

1.进站半年后仍未取得国家承认的博士学位证书的；

2.提供虚假材料获得进站资格的；

3.中期或出站考核不合格的；

4.严重违反学术道德，弄虚作假，或严重影响学校声誉的；

5.被处以刑事处罚的；

6.因旷工等行为违反所在单位劳动纪律规定，符合解除劳动（聘用）协议情形的；

7.因患病等原因难以完成研究工作的；

8.出国逾期不归超过30天的；

9.协议期满，无正当理由不办理出站手续或在站时间超过6年的；

10.其他情况应予退站的。

退站的博士后人员填写《浙江农林大学博士后研究人员退站申请表》（附件1）和《浙江农林大学博士后研究人员退站表》（附件2），且自上级批准退站的次月起，不再享受学校有关博士后的待遇，不享受国家、省对期满出站博士后人员规定的相关政策。退站的博士后人员应及时办理离校手 续，及时完成社会保险转出、档案转递、户口迁移等相关事宜，3个月内没有落实单位的博士后人员，其人事、档案关系原则上将按属地转至所在地人才交流中心代管。

Withdrawal from the station shall occur under any of the following circumstances.

1. Fail to submit certificates of doctor’s degrees or education certificates, or academic degree authentication within six months after admission;

2. Admission into the station by providing false materials;

3. Fail to pass midterm assessment or final assessment;

4. Grave misconduct of academic ethics or fraud with severe impact or seriously affect the reputation of school;

5. Sentenced to criminal punishment;

6. Meeting the dismissal terms prescribed in the contract in violation of labor disciplines of the unit, e.g. absenteeism or other misconducts;

7. Fail to conduct researches due to poor health conditions or other reasons;

8. Taking the liberty to go abroad or overdue staying for over 30 days on business leave to foreign countries;

9. Fail to handle station-leaving procedures upon expiration of the agreement without reasonable cause or total stay at the station exceeding six years;

10. Other circumstances where the postdoctoral researchers shall withdraw from the station.

The postdoctoral researchers who withdraw from the station shall fill in the Application Form for the Withdrawal of Postdoctoral Researchers of Zhejiang A & F University (Annex 1) and the Withdrawal Form for Postdoctoral Researchers of Zhejiang A & F University (Annex 2), and shall will no longer enjoy the treatment of postdoctoral researchers of the university, and will not enjoy the relevant policies stipulated by the state and province for postdoctoral researchers who have expired. Postdoctoral researchers who withdraw from the station should handle the departure of the school in a timely manner, complete the social insurance transfer, file transfer, household migration and other related matters in a timely manner, and the postdoctoral researchers who do not implement the unit within 3 months, their personnel and file relations will be transferred to the local talent exchange center in principle.
